Can I buy your product at B&Q or my local Hardware store?

The fittings are currently available, a product launch date of Spring 2010 is planned. It is planned to sell in hardware shops and supermarkets as well as trade outlets. An online shop is being set up to buy the fittings from this website, check back here soon!

Can I also buy bulbs from you?

The Magnetic Connection Company is investigating building this part into new bulbs. In this case we shall sell these bulbs.

Will the new lamps I buy automatically come with a magnetic fitting?

This is an option at this stage but it is our ultimate intention.

Are the fittings available singly or in a multi-pack?

It is anticipated to sell the fittings in multi-packs.

When will it be available in the USA in the E26 fitting?

The launch date for the USA E26 variant is planned to be 2009.

There are three principle fittings in use around the world. A product variant is designed for each.

1. Bayonet B22 is common in UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and India
2. Edison Screw E26 is used in USA and Japan.
3. Edison Screw E27 is used throughout Europe

Do you offer any rebates?

There is likely to be a bulk discount for institutions, companies, builders etc.

If I buy one, and it doesn't fit in my lamp can I get my money back? What are the chances that it won't fit in my lamp?

The product has been designed to fit standard parts. There is a possibility of a conflict with unusual lampshades. Fitting requirements will be clearly stated on the pack and a returns policy will be in place in case the fitting can not be installed.

How much does it cost?

The sales price is yet to be determined. Due to designing the product for manufacture, the product will be inexpensive to produce.
